Allen Camacho

Allen Camacho is a seasoned people leader at Cox Communications, with a wealth of experience in Field Operations since 2017. Over the years, Allen has worked across multiple Cox markets, including Las Vegas, Santa Barbara, Orange County, and Phoenix, gaining a deep understanding of the company's operations and customer needs. Currently, he leads a hybrid team of Residential and Commercial technicians, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Allen earned both his Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, where he developed a strong foundation in business and leadership that has contributed to his success in the telecommunications industry.

Allen is also a committed member of Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT), having been an active participant for years. In 2023, he joined the WICT Southwest Board as Co-Chair of Programming, where he plays a pivotal role in planning and executing a variety of impactful programs and events throughout the year.

Outside of work, Allen is dedicated to supporting his children as they compete in various sports. He enjoys traveling across the United States to attend and coach their softball, baseball, football, and wrestling tournaments, balancing his professional and personal life with passion and dedication.
