Kamana Khadka

Kamana Khadka is a results-driven Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) leader with over 14 years of transformative impact in shaping inclusive workplaces. A visionary strategist, Kamana partners with executive leadership to implement innovative DE&I solutions that drive cultural and business transformation.  She has led enterprise-wide cultural transformation efforts, integrating DE&I principles into organizational frameworks to foster lasting change. As Manager of DE&I at Cable One/Sparklight, she leads enterprise-wide initiatives, leveraging data analytics and cross-functional collaboration to embed equity and belonging into corporate DNA. She also serves as a Board Ambassador for the I&D Advisory Board at Cable One/Sparklight, where she collaborates with leadership to drive strategic inclusion efforts across the organization.  

Passionate about women’s advancement in the workplace, Kamana serves in the Women In Cable & Telecommunications (WICT) Board as ID&E Director for the Southwest Chapter and has been instrumental in designing mentorship and leadership programs that empower diverse professionals. Her expertise influenced industry-wide best practices, earning her recognition with an award for Advocate for DE&I in 2024. 

With Master’s in Public Health and an Advanced DEI Professional certification from Cornell University, Kamana is committed to shaping the future of workplace inclusion. Whether speaking on industry panels, leading strategic DE&I initiatives, or mentoring emerging leaders, she brings an unwavering commitment to driving equity and innovation.
