Maribel Beltran

Maribel is the Senior Manager of Digital Shopping Experience at Cox Communications, where she is responsible for driving order conversion and enhancing the customer and agent experience on Cox.com. With 18 years of experience at the company, Maribel has held various leadership roles in Sales, including 3rd Party Retail, Inbound Sales Chat, Vendor Management, Digital Marketing & Sales, showcasing her deep expertise in sales and customer experience.

In 2022, Maribel successfully built and led an in-house Inbound Sales Chat team of 4 supervisors and 54 agents across Phoenix and Las Vegas. Her leadership led to significant improvements in conversion rates, Net Revenue Per Agent (NRPA), and overall revenue, demonstrating her ability to drive impactful results through effective team management and strategic initiatives.

In addition to her work at Cox Communications, Maribel has a strong history of involvement with Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), serving as Membership Co-chair from 2017-2019. During her tenure, she helped drive initiatives to meet membership goals, contributing to the organization's growth and success.

A seasoned sales leader, Maribel has been recognized with 5 Winner’s Circle awards throughout her career. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University (2020).

Maribel resides in Phoenix, AZ with her family, including her three boys, Kaleb (15), Kaden (8), and her 2-year-old fur baby, Dexter Beanz. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, working out, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
